Ben Bellet has a special talent for matching buyers with a home, and his savvy for deal making reveal just a small part of his accomplished 25 years in the field, making him a seasoned expert in real estate.
Before his undeniable success in the industry, Ben received his BS in Accounting and Finance. From there, he went into accounting and realized he needed something more fulfilling. He knew he could put his passion for homes, development, and sales into real estate.
His first year, he was Rookie of the Year at Fred Sands, and every year since, he’s made the Top 1% in sales.
He met Zack in 1998, and the rest is history...

Zack Grakal loves a challenge, and for 17 years, he’s focused on creating a welcoming environment, holding clients’ hands every step of the way and quarterbacking the deal.
After graduating from California State Los Angeles with a BA in Communications, he went to a property showing with his parents and noticed how pushy and unaccommodating the agents were. He knew he could do better. He loved sales and getting to know people, and real estate was the perfect fit.
He’s now part of the Leadership Council at Keller Williams, training other agents and constructing new ideas to make the office better while building friendships with clients and agents alike along the way.

Linden Messana

Linden Messana is a Los Angeles native, raised in Hancock Park, and currently living in Cheviot Hills for the past twenty years. After graduating college on the east coast, she lived in New York City for ten years before returning to Los Angeles. She began her professional career with a twenty-five year run in the media advertising industry. As a VP Media Supervisor in a large, fast paced ad agency, she spent years negotiating with broadcast stations for the best rates and deals for her clients.
She brings the same attention to detail, commitment, and dedication to her real estate business. She not only has a vast understanding of the city Los Angeles, but she also has the networking skills and the ability to relate to people and families of all kinds.
Linden is married with two teenage children, and has knowledge of the schools, camps, parks and all things related to family living on the West Side.
Cecilie Korst

Cecilie Korst is a highly-organized designer and communicator who loves working in digital media. She is the CEO of Korst & Company, a small organization of passionate designers who want to create beautiful and compelling websites, graphics, and social content, helping people connect via the Internet.
Cecilie is a 22-year Air Force Veteran holding billets in cyber operations, civil engineering, and communications. Her civilian experiences include positions in corporate communications management, project management, LEAN, 6-Sigma, sales, web design, research, and SEO. She has worked for and with large companies such as Aerospace Corp, Hilti, and Hahnemühle; with small businesses like John O’Groats and Bellet/Grakal; and nonprofits like Boys & Girls Clubs and Good Shepherd Shelter.
Cecilie has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Web Design & Information Management from The Art Institute.
BRIAN CHUNG
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Brian Chung is the Lead Transaction Coordinator at Keller Williams Realty Beverly Hills.
He works with Ben Bellet and Zack Grakal in the sales process, ensuring that all of the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. Brian takes care of all of the details, freeing up time so that Zack and Ben can spend time working with their treasured clients, matching people with homes.
Before accepting his current position at KW Beverly Hills, Brian held positions as Listing Coordinator at Halton Pardee + Partners and as a sales agent at Landpac Realty.
Knowing his career path early on, Brian pursued and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an option in Real Estate in 2010.
Brian’s dedication and devotion to the business is admirable and he is highly skilled in the field, especially in working with first-time home buyers.
