We're not sure who said this first, but we wholeheartedly agree. What we do is a combination of figuring out the needs of our clients and what will spark a love for a home. 

This is especially true for the buyers. Purchasing a home can be scary, confusing, and exciting all at once. Every situation is different because every property is different. Buyers' needs are different over time as needs change. 

On the selling side, we help make the seller's house more appealing with staging advice, appropriate pricing, professional photography, and glowing descriptions. This requires a team of people with different strengths and abilities. 

We strive to do what is best for everyone. The State of California has a Code of Ethics we adhere to--not just because we have to, but because it's the right thing to do. We are trained professionals who are tireless advocates for both buyers and sellers alike.
