Yes, business got weird.

The one thing people have been asking us lately is,
"How has the pandemic affected your business?"

Well, in short, business got weird. We have some really stunning properties in our inventory right now and more coming. New construction, remodels, and some of the nicest homes in very nice neighborhoods. Homes are increasing in value; up 3.8% in the last month and 6.8% in the last year. Interest rates are super-low. Yet it seems that everyone has hit the snooze button on buying.

And the numbers confirm what we are feeling. According to Corelogic, sales in LA County have dropped over 35% from March to April. This isn't just an LA problem. Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura Counties are all seeing similar declines.

COVID-19 also has us working harder in the digital world. When the stay at home order went live, so did we. Instead of holding open houses, we started doing virtual tours. It's a great way for you to see a new home without leaving yours. With each of our virtual tours, you can walk through the home in 3D mode, view the floor plan, see it in "Dollhouse" mode, and even make measurements. We also include a VR mode which is really fun.

Not into all of that? No problem. We also can do a remote tour for you via your smartphone. Give us a call.
