We made Lox. Now we need Bagels!
One of our friends gave us the very generous gift of salmon he caught in Alaska. Our very full freezer gave us an idea: let's make lox. It's so much easier than we thought it was going to be (video below), and so much more delicious than the stuff we buy in vacuum-packed plastic. It took 4 days to make, but we'll never go back to store-bought lox ever again. Now we need some great bagels to go with it. Here are 8 great bagel spots on the westside. All are open for pickup and delivery during this shutdown.
